Job Responsibilities

 

As a Recruiter, you will perform a variety of daily tasks that will target and make connections with potential candidates. Depending on the specific assignment, this could include sourcing, making phone calls, interviewing qualified candidates, and dealing with hiring managers.

 

Your specific duties in this Recruiter role may include:

  • Making prepared calls to clients
  • Sourcing for applicants
  • Calling applicants from our extensive data base
  • Using Social Media for sourcing and expanding your business network
  • Working with Senior Account Executives in supporting their efforts
Requirements:

Recruiter (Staffing / Recruiting)

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated who exhibit a strong work ethic and who are willing to go above and beyond in order to fulfill our client’s needs. As a recruiter, you should also be a highly organized and detail-oriented team player, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to interact effectively with the public, both on the telephone and in person.

Additional qualifications to be a great Recruiter include:

  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • 4 Year Degree preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Able to use and work with Social media
  • Comfortable on the phone for long periods of your daily activity
