Requirements

  • Full-time, permanent Day shift Nurse Manager
  • RN with 3-5 years of recent Supervisor/Manager experience in OR, Outpatient Surgery, Ambulatory Surgery, Same Day Surgery, GI Lab, Enodoscopy, or related specialty unit
  • BSN required

Function

A healthcare provider who leads the way in technology and progressive care is seeking a Manager of Ambulatory Surgery.  The Manager is expected to oversee an advanced unit of 7 OR's and approx. 17 FTE's.  The Manager should be focused on growing business and have strong Emotional Intelligence.  This position is highly visible and candidates should be interested in working with staff to increase Patient Satisfaction Scores, improve patient throughput, through leading by example.  Experience with PressGaney is a plus.
