Requirements

  • Licensed RN, BSN preferred with current certification a plus.
  • 2+ years in a Management role overseeing a hospital case management department.
  • Knowledge of case management activities and hospital administration methods.
  • Ability to multi task and team building skills a plus.

Function

My client a well established healthcare system that is growing, is in need of a Director Case Management for one of their facilities. This Director will oversee the team of case managers and social workers, along with all day to day activities in the department including planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all Case Management activities. This Director will also perform quality reviews, handle budgeting, staffing, mentoring and prepare and conduct training sessions on case management maintenance. This Director will also follow all programs for ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards, along with State and Federal laws.
