Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare related field and/or RN, RHIA, ART
  • 2-5 years experience in performance improvement
  • CPHQ preferred
  • Expertise in quality data/peer review data abstraction, data analysis, submission and improvement strategies
  • Experience in design of data collection systems
  • Working knowledge of peer review criteria, JCAHO, CMS, and other regulatory and accreditation requirements

Function

My client is a 600+ bed acute care, Magnet hospital in Dallas. Known for their exceptional leadership and commitment to the highest quality patient care, this facility currently needs an experienced quality performance specialist to provide leadership toward achieving best-in-class performance of Core Measures. This Manager of PI and Core Measures will lead the hospital-wide Core Measures process between the physicians, clinical staff, leadership and core measures staff.
