Requirements
Qualifications include a B.S. Degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred, 5 years experience in rubber mold design (compression, transfer and injection) at a minimum, excellent computer proficiency including MS Office, CAD and 3D modeling programs, ability to multi-task, team player and a commitment to company values.
Candidates without a four year degree will be considered but a degree is highly preferred

Function
The incumbent in this position will oversee the day-to-day management of our prototype and production tooling, provide solutions to reduce scrap and develop a set of standards to follow, thus eliminating variability. This in-house design capability is to be used to work with existing tooling vendors. The incumbent is expected to perform these tasks independently and could include management of direct reports in the future.
