Requirements

  • Licensed RN, BSN, Masters a plus.
  • 2 + years in a Management role in a Cardiac department from a hospital.
  • Strong decision making skills along with all JACHO compliance knowledge.
  • Ability to multi task and strong customer service skills.

Function
My client, a well-established hospital system that is growing, is in need of a Executive Manager to oversee a fairly new service line for the hospital. The service line consist of CVOR, CVICU, Cath Lap, EP Lab, ARU, CV Stepdown, and OR's. This Manager will oversee total operations of the service line by exerting a leadership role carrying out the mission, goals, and objectives of the hopsital, focusing on the patient, physician and employees as customers. Integrates operations with other departments to insure efficiency and effectiveness of outcomes. This Manager will be responsible for budgeting, staffing, scheduling, mentoring, training, and customer servcie. This Manager will work closely with the CNO and also be instrumental in the building up of the program.
