Almost all of our team is C.P.C. (Certified Personnel Consultant), a designation awarded by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. This is awarded to those individuals who pass a rigorous examination of laws and professional conduct that pertain to the staffing industry.

She was stationed at Naval Station Great Lakes as well as Naval Station Mayport. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University. This includes Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Distribution and all Production Management functions. He has extensive experience in managing social media campaigns and development of website concepts. He earned his B.A. from Kent State University and currently lives in Hudson, OH with his wife and their 2 young children.  | Dave Sevel, CPC, has over 32 years with Marvel Consultants, Inc. and has established long-term relationships with numerous Industrial Manufacturers. Dave's forte is in recruiting Engineers from Vice Presidents to staff positions in the State of Ohio as well as nationwide. His specialty is with design professionals who typically have degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or their equivalent. A wide variety of industries include off highway equipment, fluid power (valves, pumps, hydraulics, hydraulic systems), consumer products, OEM manufactures (machine design), and electronic companies that produce PLC's, electronic measuring devices, controls and a variety of other manufacturing concerns. Bill is a consistent top producer and has been named Account Executive of the Year in '00, '01, '03, '04 & '06. Bill is a licensed attorney and has won many awards and honors in a sales career with IBM, MetLife and CNA Insurance.
