John Sowers, CPC, President, joined Marvel Consultants in 1975 and has over 35 years of Information Technology recruiting experience. With his in-depth knowledge of the MIS and IT, John handles all levels of IT positions from CIO to Programmer with emphasis in the Management arena.
E-mail John Eric C. Bergsman, CPC, joined the firm in March 1990, and has consistently been a top producer. He specializes in Industrial Sales and Marketing with a particular emphasis in the fluid power and process equipment industries. He is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Communications.
E-mail Eric Brian Cayne, specializes in both associate attorney and partner level searches, with Intellectual Property being his main focus. His clients include and consist of leading Global law firms, IP boutiques, Fortune 100 companies, and mid-to small size General Practice firms. Brian has developed and maintained strong relationships with both his clients and applicants and believes in the personal touch. He received his B.A., in Communications from The Ohio State University, and presently lives in the Cleveland area with his wife.

Mike Fieseler, CPC, specializes in Information Technology recruiting. He brings over 25 years of IT experience, including 19 years in management and consulting with a large computer manufacturer / integrator, as a Director responsible for defining and implementing a new line of business at a $400M corporation, and as a Vice President of Business Development at a software company. He has also served on the advisory board of a publicly traded company. Mike graduated with a BBA from the University of Iowa with majors in Management Science and Marketing with minor equivalents in Engineering and Geology. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and has a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Laura Iskenderian joins Marvel with twenty years of experience in the Group Health Insurance and Financial Services industry. She has been in Sales and Management roles with SunLife Financial, Aetna and at Standard Security of New York, a reinsurance company. Laura's clients benefit from her strong understanding of their needs based on her diverse background, her commitment to the client and attention to service. Laura earned her Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication from Ashland University.

William Radke, CPC, joined Marvel in 1982 and has 40+ years in manufacturing recruiting - filling positions from a supervisor to a President. This includes Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Distribution and all Production Management functions. He has a vast knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, electronics, and process industries. He consistently has been a top producer in those markets.

Dave's forte is in recruiting Engineers from Vice Presidents to staff positions in the State of Ohio as well as nationwide. His specialty is with design professionals who typically have degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or their equivalent. A wide variety of industries include off highway equipment, fluid power (valves, pumps, hydraulics, hydraulic systems), consumer products, OEM manufactures (machine design), and electronic companies that produce PLC's, electronic measuring devices, controls and a variety of other manufacturing concerns. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.

His law degree is from John Marshall College of Law and his interests include running, swimming, sports and family.

In addition to his responsibilities at Marvel in managing our medical team, Lester enjoys donating his time for charity work.
