Their attorneys have long-standing experience in advising retail, mail-order, specialty, compounding, and institutional pharmacies, as well as in working with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), managed care/insurance entities, academic medical centers, and wholesale distributors.

Their DC office has a need for an attorney with two to four years of experience working on pharmaceutical regulation and compliance issues., including:
- FDA Regulation regarding Drugs Licensing
- Advising Manufacturers on drug compliance with Federal Regulations
- Compounding Regulation
- Fraud and Abuse
This person must have two to four years of experience counseling clients on issues related to state and federal fraud and abuse laws, familiarity with controlled substances (DEA and state); wholesale distribution, mail-order drugs, pharmacy and PBM contracting issues, pharmacy technology, security and EMR; e-prescribing and telemedicine; auto-dispensing; drug recalls; institutional and individual licensure/enrollment; payor certifications (Medicare, Medicaid, private payors); Medicare Part D compliance; 340B Program implementation and oversight; pharmaceutical pricing issues; infusion service; pharmaceutical environmental issues; supply chain (product and related services agreements),etc.
