Labor and Employment Attorney

Our client is an Am Law 100 international law firm.  The partners in this office have been engaged to represent corporations across the country in virtually every aspect of labor and employment law.

They are looking for a labor and employment attorney with three to five years of experience.  This person must well-versed in management-union issues, as well as, employment discrimination matters and wage-hour practices.



Absolute Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of law firm practice
  • Led labor arbitration hearings involving disciplinary matters on behalf of the employer
  • Drafted settlement agreements, separation agreements, and executive employment agreements
  • Conducted wage and hour compliance audits in multiple jurisdictions
  • Conducted internal EEO investigations for alleged violations of corporate policy
  • Taken depositions for cases involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
  • Worked on class-action employment litigation
  • Drafted position statements to submit in response to agency investigations, including the EEOC and the NLRB
  • Outstanding academics from top tier school
