Cleveland CPA firm looking to hire an experienced Administrator. The ideal candidate must have good organization skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, have ability to multi-task and meet tax deadlines. Experience in tax processing and tracking would be a plus. Job will require seasonal overtime hours. Salary and benefits based on experience.
Process and track all tax returns, meeting due dates and timely filing of tax extensions
Set-up all new clients, maintain office filing system, add clients to relevant data bases and purge files
Type financial statements using MS Word & Excel, copy & bind
Type engagement letters to clients
Process checks and bank deposits
Monitoring and ordering of office supplies, stationery, copy equipment and kitchen supplies with various vendors
Maintain office mail system in-coming and out-going
Copying, scanning and email documents to clients
General office duties
Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar position minimum of 5 years.
Advanced skills with MS Office and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Familiarity with Accounting Software - CS Professional Suite - Practice CS & Accounting CS, a plus
