Labor and Employment Attorney

Our client is a Denver based law firm. They represent clients in advising and litigating all types of employment disputes, including cases involving allegations of discrimination and harassment based on race, sex, national origin, age, pregnancy, disability, and sexual orientation, as well as associated retaliation claims. They also defend lawsuits seeking damages and injunctive relief for violations of noncompetition agreements and theft of trade secrets.

They have a highly successful and extensive track record of winning trials before judges and juries, prevailing on motions, and obtaining favorable settlements for their clients.

Four to seven years of law firm experience advising and defending clients in all areas of employment law, including;

  • All types of discrimination, contract, and defamation claims
  • Counseling and defending companies on claims of harassment and discrimination, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriation, wage and hour laws, etc.

Must have:

  • Ability to take over a case
  • Taken and defended depositions
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Outstanding academics
