Sales Manager (Performance Chemicals Department)

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Prospect and seek new business opportunities while maintaining existing business.

Set and achieve accurate budget targets.

Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence and market movements.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.

Obtain accurate forecasts and manage inventory.

Effectively communicate issues/topics with management.

Set/Renew customer credit lines.

Manage and direct administrative staff in coordinating logistics and deliveries.

Proficiency with respect to business law and the legal aspects of contracts to effectively negotiate sales and purchase agreements.

Comply with company policies and regulations, including those associated with various chemical safety and transport regulatory authorities.



Minimum 5 years sales experience in Chemicals. Rubber; Plastics; Electronic Materials or Specialty Chemicals is a plus. Must have minimum Bachelor’s degree in chemicals, technical field or business. Abilities to meet Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management. Prospecting and Negotiation Skills. Customer Service Oriented. Ability to obtain Product Knowledge. Presentation Skills, Client Relationships
