School Law Attorney
Our client is a boutique Employment Law firm.
They are seeking a third to sixth year attorney who has a passion for school law.
Issues include all aspects of employment and labor law.
Issues involve EEOC, discrimination, wrongful termination, special education issues, free speech, etc.
Requirements
Person must have litigation experience including;
- taking and defending depositions;
- motion practice
- courtroom appearances
- administrative hearings
- client facing experience
Strong preference for attorneys with school law and/or labor and employment experience.
Will consider commercial litigation candidates with the above litigation experience.
Not a 9-5 position. Must be ambitious, motivated and able to juggle multiple projects and have flexible schedule.
