As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide and promote positive employees relations with open communication and problem solving. The administrator will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility while delivering policies and procedures that are best for patient outcomes. Reports and works directly with the CEO.
Requirements
LONG TERM CARE ADMINISTRATOR
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master’s in Health Administration
- LNHA preferred
- Thorough knowledge of LTAC operations
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required to interact with patients, organizational leadership, physicians, staff and communities served.
- Strong independence and excellent time management skills
- Excellent documentation skills
