Almost all of our team is C.P.C. (Certified Personnel Consultant), which is a designation awarded by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. This certification is presented to those individuals who pass a rigorous examination of laws and professional conduct that pertain to the staffing industry.

Dave's forte is in recruiting Engineers from Vice Presidents to staff positions nationwide and has established a significant presence in Ohio. His specialty is with design professionals who typically have degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or their equivalent. He works with a wide variety of industries which include off highway equipment, fluid power (valves, pumps, cylinders , hydraulics, and hydraulic systems), consumer products, OEM manufacturers (machine design), high tech electronic companies , electronic measuring devices, controls , medical technology , bearings and a variety of other manufacturing concerns.
